Job Description: About LUCA

London Universities and Colleges Athletics (LUCA) is a federation of university athletics clubs across London, the East and South East of England. We bring together university athletics clubs to deliver competitions, support student leaders, and strengthen the university athletics community.

LUCA’s work includes cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field fixtures, club development, and wider initiatives designed to make student athletics more connected, inclusive and sustainable.

About the role

The Marketing lead will manage LUCA’s marketing and communications strategy, driving participation, engagement, and brand visibility across all competitions and initiatives.

This role oversees a small team of Marketing Officers and ensures LUCA presents a consistent, professional, and inclusive identity across all channels.

The Marketing Lead acts as the operational lead for communications and reports to the Marketing & Communications Trustee.
