• Effectively manage projects from ideation and planning through to delivery and completion, ensuring they are delivered within budget and on time.
• Ensure ways of working align to London Sport’s strategy and help to achieve wider organisational outcomes.
• Integrate wider support and learning into the place, including Sport England’s Universal Offer and insights from the two London Local Delivery Pilots.
• Foster a strong relationship with Sport England as the ‘funder’ of the Place Expansion programme
• Promote progress of the place partnership on London Sport platforms.
• Work closely with other members of the London Sport Place Expansion team to share learnings and experience, including taking on a “subject matter expert” role in one area of the wider Place Expansion programme.
Who You Are:
• An ability to engage London’s diverse communities and build trusted relationships with key organisations and individuals in Enfield. Experience of working in Enfield a positive.
• Passionate about improving the lives of Londoners and its communities.

• A proven ability to develop and communicate a clear plan to deliver a complex programme of work across multiple streams
• Experience of effectively delivering successful projects/programmes and managing substantial budgets.
• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of, and commitment to, equality, diversity and inclusion in relation to London.
• Lived experience of day-to-day life in London, with experience of living or working in Enfield a positive.
• Ability to demonstrate a practical commitment to the values and behaviours of London Sport and the Enfield Physical Inactivity Place Partnership.
