This role will enable individuals to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours specific to jobs roles within the sport physical activity industry, whilst at the same time gaining qualifications and contributing to the company and services we provide.You will work alongside experienced coaches learning the skills required to successfully work in the industry and ultimately experience sports and physical activity coaching in various settings and environments, to be able to deliver independently. You will aid and provide support to the team to reach goals and objectives and support the smooth running of the organisation.
