Job Description

We are now seeking a Director of Delivery to join our Senior Leadership Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the delivery of impactful programmes that support local communities and change lives across Lincolnshire. THE ROLE

As our Director of Delivery, you’ll be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team—overseeing our programmes and leading a passionate delivery team who are working every day to create opportunities for local people.

From mental health support and education, to physical activity and employability, your role will ensure our work continues to reflect the needs of our communities and meets our ambition for positive, lasting impact.

You’ll play a key role in:

Lead and support teams delivering community-focused programmes across health, education, sport, and inclusion.
Collaborate with staff, partners, and residents to shape responsive, impactful services.
Ensure high-quality delivery that reflects our values and supports our long-term strategy.
Driving continuous improvement and innovation in line with our strategic goals.
Representing the Foundation with key stakeholders and partners.

ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for someone who is approachable, reliable, and proactive who can inspire teams and drive performance. The ideal candidate will have experienced leadership skills and a passion for social impact and community engagement. ​

Experience in leading community-facing programmes in sectors such as sport, health, education, or youth work.
Strategic thinking and operational expertise, with the ability to drive delivery and impact.
A people-first approach to leadership, with the ability to inspire and empower teams.
