We aim to Engage, Inspire and Empower through Togetherness, Respect and Pride, changing lives and transforming communities.Leicester City in the Community has a fantastic opportunity for a Casual Community Coach to join our dynamic team on a Casual basis.About The RoleKey Duties;To utilise the brand of Leicester City Football Club to identify, engage, inspire and empower children, young people, and adults.To provide a fun and safe environment to engage and coach children, young people and adults, building positive relationships with participants, parents and colleagues.To safeguard the welfare of children and vulnerable groups at all timesWho We’re Looking ForSkills required for success: Able to work on own initiativeExcellent communicator at a variety of levelsExcellent organisational and planning skillsAbility to encourage, motivate and enthuse individuals to participateCommitted, self-motivated and drivenStrong commitment to high quality deliveryAbility to form strong and sustain appropriate working relationshipsEssential requirements: Two years’ experience working with children and adults in a coaching capacity, or a community environmentFA Level 1 Introduction in Coaching Football or Equivalent FA QualificationFA Safeguarding CertificateFA Emergency First Aid Certificate Contract Type – CasualHours Per Week – 0You may be required to work outside of normal office hours, at evenings and weekends.Location – LCitC is based at King Power Stadium, Leicester. The delivery of sessions with take place at partner schools/Local Community centres etc and some aspects of the role will require homeworking, therefore you will need the ability to travel across multiple sites across Leicester and Charnwood.
