We’re on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Academy Therapist to join our squad at Leicester City Football Club on a Casual basis. As a Casual Academy Therapist, you’ll play a key role in supporting the development and delivery of leading-edge physiotherapy services to the Youth (YDP) and Foundation Development Phase (FDP) Programmes through the provision of therapy services on weekday evenings and weekends.

Your responsibilities will include supporting the YDP/FDP therapists by providing pitch side cover for training and games, ensuring medical notes are kept up to date and completed in line with registering body requirements and EPPP regulations. You will also be required to provide ITMMiF cover in line with EPPP regulations as directed by the Lead YDP/FDP Physiotherapist. If you're excited about making a difference and contributing to the Club’s success, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in professional football. A BSc (Hons) Degree in Physiotherapy or Sports Therapy is essential, as well as HCPC/CSP/SST registration and qualification in FA Immediate Trauma Medical Management in Football (ITMMiF) qualification or equivalent. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

If you think your experience and skills match, and you’ve got the drive, energy, and skills to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, we want you on our team!
