As an Academy Goalkeeping Coach, you’ll play a key role in overseeing all goalkeepers within ETC age groups alongside the Lead Academy Goalkeeper Coach, whilst providing support to U14 and U16 age groups. Your responsibilities will include preparing and delivering goalkeeper training sessions across the ETC and Academy age groups, monitoring and reporting of development and performance whilst evaluating against established and agreed goals, promoting a positive environment for learning and development. You’ll need to bring a practical, flexible and innovative approach to work, with excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management. If you're excited about making a difference and contributing to the Club’s success, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!The ideal candidate will have experience of coaching in an elite level environment and working within an MDT (multi-disciplinary team). You’ll need experience of designing and implementing goalkeeper development programmes and in the delivery of training sessions with formal monitoring and evaluation of player performance. A Level 2 National Goalkeeping course accreditation / national goalkeeping course is essential, with the view to work toward UEFA within 12 months, as well as a UEFA C coaching qualification with the view to work toward UEFA within 12 months. An FA Level 1 IFAIF certification (Introduction to First Aid in Football) / FA Emergency First Aid is also essential for this role.
