Contract: Permanent
Hours of Work: 37.5 Hours Per Week (including matchdays, evenings and events as required)

What You’ll Be Doing

We are looking for an ambitious, organised, and relationship-focused Partnerships Activation Executive to join our Partnerships team.

Reporting to the Partnerships Activation Lead, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to the Club's Official Partners by coordinating sponsorship rights, managing activations, supporting campaigns and events, and helping maximise the value delivered across all partnership agreements.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic commercial environment, helping to create impactful partnerships while supporting one of the country's leading football clubs.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Account Management

Support the Partnerships Activation Lead in the day-to-day management of Official Partner accounts.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with partner stakeholders.
Act as a key point of contact for assigned partnership accounts.
Support the successful delivery of partnership objectives and contractual commitments.

Rights Delivery & Asset Management

Coordinate the tracking and delivery of sponsorship rights and contractual assets.
Ensure all partnership benefits are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Maintain rights trackers, schedules, and activation plans.
Liaise with internal departments to coordinate partner requirements and deliverables.

Activation & Campaign Delivery

Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of partner activations.
Assist with campaign planning and execution throughout the season.
Develop and deliver brand-specific activation plans.
Ensure activations are delivered effectively and in line with partner objectives.
Support matchday and event-based partner activities.

Reporting & Insights

Support the creation of partnership reports and presentations.
Collate data and insights to demonstrate partnership performance.
Assist in measuring and reporting:
Return on Investment (ROI)
Return on Objectives (ROO)
Activation performance
Fan engagement outcomes
Support post-campaign and end-of-season reviews.

Events & Hospitality

Coordinate partnership-related events and experiences.
Support partner attendance at fixtures, events, and Club activities.
Ensure all partner events are delivered to the highest standards.
Assist with matchday activation and hospitality requirements.

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with departments across the Club including:
Marketing
Media
Operations
Hospitality
Ticketing
Leeds United Foundation
Ensure effective communication between partners and internal stakeholders.
Support wider commercial projects and departmental initiatives when required.

Experience

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in account management, sponsorship activation, partnership delivery, or client services.
Experience delivering sponsorship rights and contractual assets.
Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, activations, or events.
Experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience producing reports, presentations, and performance updates.

Knowledge & Understanding

Sponsorship rights delivery.
Partnership activation.
Account management principles.
Event planning and delivery.
ROI and ROO reporting.
Stakeholder management.
Brand activations and campaign delivery.
Commercial partnerships within sport, entertainment, or similar sectors.

Desirable

Experience working within sport, football, entertainment, or sponsorship environments.
Experience delivering matchday activations.
Experience working with commercial partners and sponsors.
Understanding of fan engagement and commercial rights structures.
Experience using CRM systems and reporting tools.
