Job Description
Role Purpose:

To be an integral part of the LMA team and key point of contact across the organisation, managing the LMA offices at St George’s Park and delivering high quality, timely administrative support to the LMA Board, LMA Committee and the wider LMA Team. This role is central to ensuring smooth operations, enabling the executive to focus on strategic priorities and external engagements.

Role Requirements:

1. LMA Board /LMA Committee

Provide organisational and administrative support to the LMA Board of Directors and LMA Committee:
- Coordination of meetings, agendas and action points
- Assisting with the preparation of confidential presentations, reports and minutes for internal and external meetings
- Meeting support
- Provide direct administrative support to the LMA Board and LMA Committee
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information, including personnel, financial and strategic documents.

Support the LMA Legal Director with:
- HR processes, including the facilitation of staff training
- Property management
- Management of LMA representatives on stakeholder panels

2. Office Administration

- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening calls, emails and visitors and responding appropriately.
- Handling all necessary administrative duties as required to maintain a fully operational office
- Contribute to office efficiency by managing expenses, basic financial admin, and routine administrative processes as required.
- Supplier Account Management (including IT, mobile telephones and postal/courier providers)
- Stationery, office and kitchen supplies
- Collate and distribute team whereabouts
- Support new team member on-boarding processes
- Manage SGP visitors
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the wider LMA Team

3. Digital Administration

- Ensure accurate and timely updates to LMA CRM system
- Administration of LMA communication channels – phone, emails etc
- Co-ordinate the LMA’s online payment system
- Keeping accurate records

4. Membership Services
- LMA membership administration including subscriptions / renewals and new member letters / information
- Hospitality and gift management
- Management and co-ordination of match ticket requests
- Co-ordinating the distribution of important documents / resources e.g. the Manager Magazine

5. Events

Provide event support to the LMA Team including:
- Coordination of Ambassador Appearances
- Travel coordination – booking transport, hotels
- Event administration including management of third party contracts
- Catering and hospitality
- Attendance and support at events
- Risk Assessments
Lead or collaborate in the organisation of LMA Team events

6. LMA Charity ‘In The Game’

- Assist the Chief Executive and Legal Director with the administration of the LMA Charity ‘In the Game’
