The role will play an important function in establishing and amplifying the LMA’s positions on key issues in the game. The role will provide high quality, accurate and engaging video, audio and written content across social media and other traditional communication platforms and publications. Working closely with all senior members of the team, the role will aim to positively impact the visibility and understanding of the LMA and its work to members, game stakeholders, community partners and commercial partnersROLE REQUIREMENTS1. Game Issues: positioning, statements and archiveSupport the LMA Directors to enhance the LMA positioning, knowledge, visibility and impact by the following:• Tracking of issues in the media• Shaping LMA positions, quotes, responses • Drafting responses to media enquiries • Updating and managing the LMA media archive, stats and data archive • Support in the drafting of member statements • Assisting the CEO in preparation for media opportunities 2. Stakeholder meetings • Represent the LMA at key stakeholder meetings as required • Support LMA directors at key stakeholder meetings • Maintain media/club media database3. Corporate Comms – publications, website and socialsSupport the LMA Directors with the following:• LMA Annual Report • LMA Overview brochures (LMA, Institute, Members, Commercial)• LMA corporate films (Management, The LMA, Services, Wellbeing, Institute, Commercial)Lead the delivery and development of the following: • LMA website• LMA Social media plan and posting4. Member communications Support the LMA Members Services Team with the following:• Member marketing & communications plan• Members’ Handbook• Member weekly / monthly emails (including marketing of Institute and CPD events, job vacancies, Vitality newsletter, partner offers/member benefits)• Member presentations • New member packs • Additional member communications channels including WhatsApp Communities / private social media pages• Congratulatory letters• Briefing notes for members working in the media5. LMA Content creation: LMA TV, podcasts, Manager MagazineLead on the development and delivery of the following key media products:• LMA TV – regular video content • LMA Podcast series • LMA Manager Magazine 6. Member careers, awards and successesLead on the LMA Member awards programme: • Awards definitions and regulations, selection, nominations • Member career tracking, milestones, stories • Social media amplification • Manage and co-ordinate the Everest Performance of the Week (men’s and women’s)7. Commercial MarketingSupport the LMA Commercial Director with the production of the following:• Commercial brochures and partner proposals• Partner communication strategy, emails and announcements 7.
