Job Description: We are looking to recruit an assistant football coach to join our coaching team at Kent Football Academy. This position would suit a newly qualified coach and/ or undergraduate student looking to pursue a career in football coaching. Mentoring will be provided as part of the role.

Candidates must be available to attend three evening sessions and assist on a weekend match.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the development of every child
Assist in safeguarding and 1st aid responsibilities
Proactively engage in planning and preparation of training sessions
Be a positive role model

Schedule:
• Wednesday, Friday, Saturday - training (pm)
• Sunday - match day (am/pm)

Licence/ Certification:
• FA level 1 and/ or willing to work towards UEFA C (desirable)
• Fitness Qualification L2/ 3 (desirable)
• Current DBS (required)
• Full UK driving licence (desirable)
• FA Emergency 1st Aid & Safeguarding (desirable)
