This is a full-time position, where evening and weekend availability will be required.

Our Services include Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, Shockwave Therapy and Massage Therapy.

We believe whole-heartedly in ongoing education and as such provide an immense amount of training, teaching and coaching for all staff members. We have a great friendly team in Loughton waiting to welcome you into our family

The main purpose of the role: Is to provide world-class physical therapy services implementing the JW Physio Clinic Therapist Mentorship content to every patient and make meaningful impacts on their lives.

Main duties include:

Communicate with patients in a way that they can confidently make the right decision about the plan of care you suggest and set expectations from the initial assessment so as to ensure they have everything they need to get the result they want
Ensure that patients achieve their clinical and health/lifestyle outcomes (in the time frame you set)
Develop a mutually beneficial relationship that benefits both the patient and the clinic
Communicate the value of our service with the fee/price that the patient will need to pay to access it
Ensure that patients remain excited about the prospect of coming for physical therapy (and remain committed to the treatment plan that you suggest)
Provide a high level of customer care that will cause patients to want to come back frequently for other services and tell their friends and family about us as well
Ensure that patients understand the treatment plan that is designed specifically to their needs and agree to a plan of care that will help them to hit their health goals
Ensure that patients complete a full plan of care (as agreed in the first session) to get the desired results
Ensure that clinical notes are kept up to date and accurate Participate in, contribute to, and help to develop the in- house educational training program that is provided to all physical therapists

HCPC-registered physiotherapist with a genuine drive to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

Assess and treat a wide range of MSK conditions using the JW Physio Approach.
Deliver clear, confident treatment plans and communicate effectively with patients.
Maintain high standards of documentation and clinical care.
Contribute to patient retention by providing exceptional customer service and support.
Take part in regular in-house training and mentorship programmes.
Qualifications

Physiotherapy Degree (Required)
HCPC Registration (required)
