Job Description: Junior2Senior is the UK leading training camp for elite young athletes. From the 4th - 7th April 2027, Junior2Senior runs a 4‑day performance camp for elite performers in athletics at the Radley College campus in Oxfordshire. Since 2023, Junior2Senior has hosted over 150 of the UK's leading young performers.

We are seeking a new team of event head coaches to drive our offering at Junior2Senior. We invite enquiries from the following events:
- Sprints / Relays
- Hurdles
- Long/Triple Jump
- High Jump
- Javelin
- Shot Put
- Discus

This role is suited to a highly qualified coach with a deep rooted network in the sport. They would be the key driver of their event group camp.

Responsibilities would include:
- Lead the design and delivery of a high-performance 4-day residential training camp for your specialist event group, ensuring structured, progressive, and athlete-focused programming
- Bring deep technical expertise and proven experience within your discipline, applying current best practices in coaching and performance development
- Actively contribute to business growth by leveraging an extensive network of athletes, coaches, and clubs to recruit and attract participants to camp programmes
- Collaborate effectively with other event-group coaches to create an integrated, high-performance training environment across all disciplines
- Promote and market the camp offering to prospective athletes, helping drive engagement, visibility, and sustained participation.

You will need to be free from the 4-7th April 2027.

It is essential to be a member of the DBS update service to undertake this role.

Accommodation and food will be provided throughout the camp.
