Payment Management• Process supplier payments accurately and on schedule. • Maintain clear and organised transaction records. • Support the administration of event staff payments. • Systems and Process Support• Work with finance and event payment systems. • Help maintain efficient and effective finance processes. • Ensure financial documentation is organised and easily accessible. Skills and ExperienceEssential• Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounts administration or finance support. • Working knowledge of Excel and accounting software. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to manage confidential information. • Good organisational and time management skills. Desirable• Experience reconciling bank accounts and company cards. • Familiarity with expense management processes. • Experience within a small business or not-for-profit organisation.
