Job Description

Main Purpose of Job:
The Ticket Office Assistant plays a key role within the Ticket Office, supporting the sales and fulfilment of match tickets, season cards, memberships, and other products promoted by the club and venue. The role involves assisting with ticketing system setup and carrying out a range of day-to-day administrative and operational duties to support the effective running of the ticketing operation.

A central part of the role is providing an exceptional customer experience for supporters and visitors. The Ticket Office Assistant will act as a professional and knowledgeable point of contact, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and offering advice on ticketing products and services. Responsibilities include delivering a high standard of customer service in person, over the phone and via email, ensuring all interactions are handled promptly, accurately and courteously.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist supporters in the process of purchasing Ticketing products and associated club products in person, over the phone, and via email.

• Sell tickets for home and away matches, season tickets and special events through the Club’s ticketing platform.

• Provide accurate information regarding fixture details, seating arrangements and pricing.

• Handle ticket enquiries, ensuring that all customer issues or concerns are resolved promptly and efficiently.

• Process payments for ticket sales, ensuring accuracy in transactions.

• Assist with matchday operations, including selling tickets and assisting supporter services.

• Meet and exceed the supporter’s expectations in terms of supporter experience.

• Support the Ticketing team to fulfil essential day to day duties.
