Job Description: Ipswich Town Football Club are looking for an Academy Manager to lead and support the effective day-to-day running of the Academy in alignment with the Ipswich Town Football Club philosophy, ensuring high standards of player development, staff management, and operational excellence.

The role will be pivotal in maintaining Category 1 Academy status, supporting the progression of talented players through the development pathway, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement both on and off the pitch.
