Job Description
Invicta are looking for a competent and confident musculoskeletal physiotherapist to join our reputable organisation in Cheshire East. The role will be based out of our five-star rated physiotherapy clinics in Sandbach and Holmes Chapel. The successful applicant will have a clinical role, responsible for physiotherapy and rehabilitation provision to self-funding and private medical insurance patients presenting with musculoskeletal complaints. The role is part-time on a 20-30 hour salaried employment contract. Working hours primarily involve weekday clinics with some demand evening coverage. There is some flexibility in clinical days and working times to be agreed. The successful applicant will complete a thorough on-boarding process and receive regular support and continued professional development with our Clinic Director.

Essential
· Bachelors or Masters (pre-reg) in Physiotherapy.
· HCPC & CSP registered.
· Minimum of 5 years post graduate experience in musculoskeletal care.
· Experience working in private practice.
· Exceptional inter-personal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
· A proven ability to work unsupervised, independently manage your own diary, process payments, and maintain administrative responsibilities.
· Excellent time management and communication skills.
· A strong desire to learn and develop your own practice alongside the philosophies we hold at Invicta.

Desirable
· Have attained or are working towards post-graduate qualifications in either Physiotherapy, Sports Medicine, Strength & Conditioning, or a related field.
· Experience in a sports environment managing athletes return to play.
· Excellent manual therapy skills
· Demonstrates an application of progressive rehabilitation principles.
· Have experience using the clinic software management system Cliniko.
