Job Description
The International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA) is looking for a content-savvy individual to sit across its Education and Communications teams.

At the ITIA, we know diversity fosters creativity and innovation. We are committed to equality of opportunity, to being fair and inclusive, and to being a place where all belong. We therefore particularly encourage applications from candidates from underrepresented groups.

ITIA Overview
The International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA) is an independent body established in 2021 by International Governing Bodies of Tennis (ITF, ATP, WTA and Grand Slams) to promote, encourage, enhance and safeguard the integrity of professional tennis worldwide. The ITIA administers the Tennis Anti-Corruption and Tennis Anti-Doping Programmes. For more information about the ITIA and its work, please visit www.itia.tennis

Purpose of the Role
The Education and Media Officer will be expected to contribute to the aims and objectives of the Education and Communications teams, and embrace the challenge of our wide prevention remit across global professional tennis. Central to the success of this role is the development and delivery of educational sessions and creating resources for players, coaches, officials and the wider tennis community – including public and media.

Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the ongoing development and delivery of education sessions, resources, modules and event-based activities
• Coordinate and schedule the delivery of presentations to key player, coach, official and other stakeholder audiences on an international basis
• Contribute to content ideation, capture, and publication across ITIA internal and external media channels, and support the delivery of a new social media strategy
• Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all related records and registers associated with education delivery
• Respond to queries from within the sport, via email, WhatsApp and face to face
• Keeping the ITIA website up-to-date, including the soon-to-be-launched resource hub
• Identify new or innovative approaches to deliver anti-doping or anti-corruption education
• Prepare reports, presentations and other documentation for internal and external audiences
• Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

You will have:
• Strong communication and presentation skills across a wide range of audiences
• Language skills (in particular Spanish or French)
• A good understanding of social media platforms (including Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn), and what makes effective content
• Understanding of professional tennis and/or elite professional sport
• Strong organisation skills and ability to prioritise own workload
• Experience managing a project from onset to completion
• The ability to work individually using own initiative, or as part of a team
• Demonstrable commitment to the role and showing a creative/innovative approach to tasks
• Flexibility to work outside of office hours and work internationally where required

Desirable (but not essential):
• Practical experience delivering effective education or coaching programmes, ideally in a sport-related sector
• Experience in content creation and/or social media administration
• Degree level, or equivalent, qualification in Sport/Education/Coaching/Media or related experience
• Experience working within an elite sport environment
• Knowledge of the sports integrity landscape.

Benefits:
• An exciting working environment in a dynamic, international sports body.
• Competitive salary (circa £27k to £30k depending on experience)
• Lunch (when in the office).
• 25 days holiday per annum plus UK bank holidays (pro-rata for part time).
• Comprehensive Private Medical Insurance.
• Contributory Pension Scheme (employer contribution currently 8%).
• Life Insurance & Income Protection Scheme.
