Anti Doping Officer Organisation International Tennis Integrity Agency Salary 28,000 to 32,000 Location South West London Contract type Permanent (Full time) Closing date 30 May 2025 Job Description The need has arisen for an Anti-Doping Administrator/Officer to join the team to provide support to the Anti-Doping Programme Manager and the Senior Director, Anti-Doping in the delivery of the Anti-Doping programme.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Whereabouts Programme Management• Manage player retirements• Uphold relationships with designated personnel within external organisations (including but not limited to ATP, WTA, GS, ITF and NADOs)• Gather, review and distribute key statistics (including monthly, quarterly and year end)• Anti-Doping communications with Players, PST Members, and Tours• Administration of ADAMS (Anti Doping Administration & Management System)• Manage player relations and relations with Tour managers• Monitor and triage the Anti-Doping inbox• Provide on-call Whereabouts support• Comply with the World Anti-Doping Code by recording necessary data in ADAMS and the Portal.• Manage the Portal in accordance with established procedures and identify enhancements.• Assist the Senior Director with the administration of other anti-doping activities, meetings and other projects as requiredSKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREDEssential:• Well-developed organisational and problem-solving skills• Good computer skills, including word processing & spreadsheets• The ability to work with, and respect, sensitive information and maintain confidentiality• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal• Fluent in English• Flexibility – work sometimes required at weekends and periods of travel are required• Highly self-motivated• High level of competence and attention to detail• Excellent project management skills• Ability to work in a complex governance environment• A patient and flexible approach to workingDesirable:• Language capability, the ability to speak other languages, in particular French and Spanish• A working knowledge of tennis would be an advantageBENEFITS:• An exciting working environment in a dynamic, international sports body• Salary of £29,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)• Lunch provided in the office as per the ITIA policy• 25 days holiday (pro-rated) per annum plus UK bank holidays• Comprehensive Private Medical Insurance• Contributory Pension Scheme (employer contribution currently 8%)• Flexible Working as per the ITIA policy How to apply Please send cv and cover letter to careers@itia.tennis Share X LinkedIn Email
