Job Description
Your key responsibilities

• Lead in the capture of all outfield, goalkeeper, and individual training sessions, operating camera, drone, and VEO technologies accordingly, ensuring all sessions are uploaded to HUDL for review and archived using the Club’s internal systems.
• Collaborate with the First Team Coach Analyst and Senior First Team Analyst to support weekly match preparation workflows.
• Create and manage an individual player best practice video database, in line with club playing style, utilising both training and match footage.
• Collaborate with the Head of Player Development to create video/statistical learning materials, facilitate individual review meetings, and monitor longitudinal progress.
• Support match day workflows by managing logistics, capturing multi-angle footage and coding team/individual events to provide immediate feedback to technical staff. This will require attending all home and away fixtures, including overnight travel when applicable.
• Support the daily workflow of performance analysis department by completing ad-hoc tasks at the request of Senior First Team Analyst and members of technical staff.

What are we looking for?

• Undergraduate degree in sports science, sports coaching, performance analysis, or similarly related discipline. Essential.
• Postgraduate degree in sports science, sports coaching, performance analysis, or similarly related discipline. Desirable.
•
• Demonstrate a high level of planning, organisation, and attention to detail.
• Understanding of a constantly changing culture/demand
• Willing to work unsociable hours including evenings and weekends
• Ability to work as part of a team and using own initiative
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels
• Dedicated to self-improvement and personal development
• Full UK Driving License. Essential
• Represent Hull City in a professional manner at all times

Eligibility for Employment in the UK
In accordance with current legislative requirements the successful applicant must produce documentary verification of their eligibility to work in the UK and will not be allowed to start work until this has been received.
