Job Description
Hull City Football Club is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Commercial team as a Hospitality Executive. As a key figure in our matchday and seasonal hospitality operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and professional experience for our corporate clients and partners. Position Type: Permanent, Full time
Hours: 37.5 per week (Matchdays – Weekends & Evenings)
Location: MKM Stadium, Hull HU3 6HU
Salary/Pay: Competitive
Closing Date: Friday 8th August 2025.

Your key responsibilities
• Oversee credit control for all hospitality payments, both seasonal and match-by-match.
• Maintain and manage corporate member accounts on Ticketmaster.
• Create, process, and manage all online hospitality sales.
• Administer and deliver hospitality services for Premier Tiger, Circle Restaurant, Executive Box, and Corendon Lounge, ensuring a high-quality customer journey.
• Co-ordinate matchday ticketing for the Chairman’s Lounge and Guest Lounge while ensuring VCP accounts are kept effectively.
• Keep corporate attendance records and tallies up to date.
• Liaise with the Assistant Club Secretary regarding football matchday ticketing.
• Maintain accuracy and operation of the Direct Debit system.
• Handle seasonal renewal information in line with rolling contract agreements.
• Coordinate administration and delivery of matchday sponsorships.
• Play a role in matchday corporate communications, including updates, special offers, and post-match feedback.
• Administer and deliver all seasonal passes and car park passes.
• Coordinate ex-player and casual staff ticketing and distribution of food vouchers for matchdays.
• Sign off Hull City’s matchday requirements and compile the match pack for VCP.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Admin Assistant to ensure full coverage of duties and balanced workload management.
• Support the Commercial Admin Assistant with matchday setup.
• Carry out any other duties appropriate to the role.

• Strong IT skills utilising Microsoft Packages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times
• A person-oriented approach with the ability to build a good rapport
• Be able to manage and prioritise their own workload and time within the team environment
• Adaptability and willingness to work across projects with varying scope
• Understanding of a constantly changing culture/demand
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels
• Dedicated to self-improvement and personal development
• Willing to follow and promote the Clubs goals and vision
• Represent Hull City in a professional manner at all times
• The safeguarding and welfare of our players is paramount and as such this position is subject to the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)

Eligibility for Employment in the UK
In accordance with current legislative requirements the successful applicant must produce documentary verification of their eligibility to work in the UK and will not be allowed to start work until this has been received.
