Part-time, 0 - 8 hours per week working evenings and weekends to cover fixtures (flexibility with days and times of work is required). There are three positions available.We are looking for suitably qualified Physiotherapists or Sports Therapists to join our Academy medical team, working closely with Academy players and staff. The successful candidates will predominantly work with players in the U9-U16 age groups and will be responsible for contributing to a sports therapy programme and providing immediate medical cover for young footballers in training sessions and live fixtures. In this varied role you support with individualised assessments, treatment, and rehabilitation, adhering to established return to play protocols. Candidates must be a member of a recognised regulatory body for Physiotherapists or Sports Therapists, with a degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy or other relevant discipline. Candidates must also hold a valid Level 4 Intermediate Trauma Medical Management in Football certificate and be able to lead on first aid cover for Academy fixtures, both home and away.This role requires flexibility and a willingness to work non-standard hours in accordance with the needs of the Club.
