Job Description
As part of the Commercial Partner Operations Team, the Commercial Partnerships Executive will be responsible for supporting the delivery of contractual rights and inventory.

Working closely with partners, suppliers and internal departments this role will be responsible for delivering partner content campaigns and activations.

Within the role you will be required to deliver proactive support to the team and club partners, ensuring all marketing assets, administrative duties and activations are briefed and agreed in advance of deadlines.

This role requires the ability to develop strong relationships and manage a wide range of tasks, processes and stakeholders in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Commercial Partner Operations Team with contractual obligations, delivering activation calendars and reports as and when required.
• Assist with and on occasion, be accountable for partner content, media and marketing campaign activations.
• Effectively manage both artwork and video content briefings, design and sign off from internal and external stakeholders ensuring processes are respected and timelines hit.
• Support in the reporting of partner campaigns, media tracking, matchday and digital activity producing timely, accurate reports capable of being shared with partners.
• Provide day-to-day account management of identified relationships and club partners.
• Management of partner budgets, ensuring spend is not only accurate but yields the highest level of return on investment
• Develop relationships and understanding of the club’s partners and their key stakeholders.
• Confidently build and nurture internal departmental and key stakeholder relationships.
• Take responsibility in the delivery of club activations from supporting player briefings, location bookings and travel arrangements as and when required.
• Work closely with the Club’s Marketing and Sales Teams to ensure effective promotion of the Club, its values and proposition.
• Effectively liaise with key club partner and Harlequins personnel to ensure activations and content campaigns are in line with both brand and club objectives.
• Maintain and update key contractual reporting documents as requested by the Head of Commercial & Partner Operations.

Skills & Experience:
• Account management experience, preferably in sports marketing.
• Ability to build relationships quickly and understand working processes.
• Ability to complete administrative duties in a professional and timely manner with a high level of accuracy.

• Strong communicator with impeccable organisational skills.
• Respectful yet self assured when speaking with club partners and key stakeholders.
• Demonstrates high level of confidence in managing conflict.
• Self-starter capable of working independently and as part of a team, capable of managing workload and the demands of the Club.
