Job Description: As Lead Girls Coach, you will play a central role in developing girls’ rugby in Hackney. You’ll lead
weekly training sessions at the club and deliver outreach activities in schools and community settings.
Your goal will be to grow participation, nurture talent, and create a clear pathway from first
engagement to competitive play.
You’ll also work closely with our Community Team and club leadership to raise awareness of girls’
rugby and build strong partnerships across the borough.
