Contract type Permanent (Part time) Closing date 7 May 2025 Interview date 20 May 2025 Job Description GMA are looking for a part time Turf Care Advisory Support Executive to join our expanding team. You will provide administrative support and logistical assistance to the delivery and development of the GMA’s Turf Care Advisory Service.Reporting to the Turf Care Advisory Lead, the key responsibilities of this new role are:• Support ongoing GMA TCA work and development of possible and future TCA opportunities.o Respond to enquiries from consultants/contractors/associates and clients;o Assist in research for new consultancy opportunities o Support the development of records for consultancy bids and proposals;o Update client’s information in the GMA CRM system;o Prepare agendas and note take in meetings.• Support the development of quality consultancy outputs.• Support the job management system and its administration. Ensure individual job/project data is inputted in the system and generate data and management reports to track job delivery and trends.• Prepare contracts and invoices, produce related documentation and reports.• Provide administrative support to the management of the GMA’s network of associates and consultants• Support evaluation and follow up of consultancies.• Support marketing for TCA service in liaison with internal GMA colleagues.• General administration dutiesThe ideal candidate will have proven knowledge and be experienced in: • Administration and Records Keeping: General office administration/business support experience including appointments and diaries management.• Customer Service: Ability to deal with stakeholders, clients and customers and deliver professionalism and excellent customer service. • Organisational Skills and Time Management: capable of multi-tasking and responding to variable workloads and competing demands.• Software Proficiency: Competence in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM, LMS and databases.• Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities including good written and verbal skills.GMA are seeking candidates with typically 5 years administrative experience, preferably in a land-based association or membership organisation. You should have experience of setting up office systems and working with remote teams.
