We coach and mentor young people from deprived backgrounds because the crisis for children living in deprivation is real and it is urgent.Our magic is the Greenhouse coach, sports coach, trained mentor and role-model combined. Over the last 2 decades these coaches have worked with more than 50,000 secondary school children in London to help them fulfil their potential.In 2020 we expanded our delivery beyond London for the first time, launching a programme of work to support children earlier in their lives at primary school. Are you highly organised with experience of managing diaries, supporting important relationships, a natural multi-tasker and a passion to be part of a driven and change making organisation?If the answer is yes, then our Executive Assistant role might be for you, so read on.The Role The successful candidate will be an experienced professional administrator, who will work closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to provide support and administration to our executive function. Diary management will form an essential part of the role and you will also manage a wide array of external stakeholder relationships with our donors and partners and as a result will act as an ambassador for the charity. A flexible approach with a mix of home and office working-our offices are based in the heart of Marylebone, London. This role will be on a 1 Year Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Leave Cover) and part time (0.5 FTE) with a high degree of flexibility over how/when those hours are delivered.
