Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and driven Head of Community and Participation to lead the development and implementation of strategies aimed at significantly increasing participation in wheelchair rugby across Great Britain. This pivotal role will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful community outreach programs, engaging with local clubs and organisations, and developing innovative approaches to reach new participants, particularly those that are classifiable for wheelchair rugby (Paralympic discipline).

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in community development, sports development, and marketing, with a strong understanding of how to build sustainable participation pathways. While experience within disability sports is advantageous, it is not essential for an individual with the right blend of skills and passion.
