We are delighted to announce we are now recruiting for 1 x part time 20 hour contract, 1 x part time 17.5 hour contract and 1 x part time 16 hour contract Glasgow Life Activity Assistant as well as 4 bank position Activity Assistants to join our fantastic team at Kelvin Hall soft play, clip and climb and café.
Clip ’n Climb Kelvin Hall is the ultimate indoor climbing centre to create memorable experiences, full of laughter and fun for all the family. Our 15 unique climbing challenges promise an action-packed day out, suitable for ages 4 and above. Our circus themed soft play is perfect for all children aged 0-10 years. Our café offers everything you need to cater for all the family.
You could start your day welcoming customers and processing admission at reception, working in our cafe, soft play and Clip and Climb facility before finishing the day cleaning and preparing the venue for it all begin again tomorrow. As you can see, flexibility is key. Our venues can attract 1200 customers per day; therefore you will not be afraid to roll-up your sleeves playing a key role in maintaining the venue to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. With a strong focus on safety and customer service, you will assist customers in the safe and effective use of the facilities and promote the wide range of services on offer through excellent product knowledge
To be considered for this role you will need: -
• Great customer service skills, ideally within a catering/ hospitality environment
• Playful and fun personality to ensure our visitors have a great day out
• Comfortable working at heights (there will be a practical element/ challenge at interview to test your comfort levels on the clip n climb wall!)

Full training on how to use Clip and Climb and how to use all our systems will be provided.
Our part time posts available are for either 20 hours, 17.5 hours or 16 hours per week.
The typical working pattern is a set 3-week rota which may include one week of dayshift, one week of evenings and one week working the weekend. We will confirm the working patterns available at interview.
Our Bank/ supply posts offer you flexibility in the hours you work.
