The Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Producer, Games Experience & Ceremonies to join our Games Experience team, and bring the spirit of the Games to life. This is your chance to shape unforgettable moments for athletes, fans, and stakeholders from around the world. Job Summary: In this position you will play a pivotal role in the delivery, management planning and execution of Games Experience. Supporting the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, you will be central to ensuring that contracted services and programs related to the Games Experience are delivered on time, within budget, and to a world-class standard. This includes, Sports presentation (SPP), Opening and Closing Ceremonies (CER), Look Way Finding and Signage (LOK), Live Sites and Community Engagement You’ll be at the heart of planning and delivering immersive Games-time experiences, managing a diverse portfolio of suppliers, creative partners, and cultural activations. From fan zones to athlete celebrations, you’ll ensure every contract is aligned, every detail is delivered, and every experience exceeds expectations. If you're driven by precision, passionate about world-class events, and thrive in high-energy environments, this role offers a front-row seat to one of the most exciting projects in global sport. Key Skills and Experience: To be successful in this role you will bring experience in production and/or project management across public events, theatre, television, live events, cultural or multi-sport events, with proven capability to lead end-to-end “concept to creation” production. You will be skilled in advanced planning, scheduling, risk management and the successful delivery of complex, strategically significant projects within dynamic, high-pressure environments. You will have an understanding of Games Experience components including entertainment, cultural activations and stakeholder services, supported by demonstrated expertise in managing creative delivery, vendor negotiations, contracts and procurement processes. You will possess stakeholder engagement, influencing, communication and analytical skills, alongside proficiency in project management and contract tracking systems to ensure efficient, compliant and outcome-driven execution.
