The role will primarily involve providing physiotherapy services to our Women’s Academy and Second XI teams. However, duties will extend into support for pathway players and assist the Women’s Lead Physiotherapist with the first XI squad, dependent on primary role commitments. There will also be opportunities with the Men’s programme when departmental operational demands require it. Therefore, this position will provide excellent experience and exposure into managing athletes of varying demographics and environments. A long-term vision is to develop interchangeability between physiotherapy practitioners within the department, improving the skill sets of individuals, in addition to improving the services provided to our athletes’.We are seeking a highly motivated and driven physiotherapist who is eager to develop their skillset within an elite sporting environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with both established and emerging athletes, delivering high-quality care while supporting our junior players as they progress towards our Tier 1 women’s team.
