We are proud to support the Coach Inclusion & Diversity Scheme, supporting professional football to better reflect modern Britain.The Coach Inclusion and Diversity Scheme, season 2025/26 and 2026/27, will provide a high quality, 23-month fixed term, employment and development programme to one successful candidate.The full-time academy coaching role, that forms part of this scheme, will see the individual support our Academy on it’s mission to help some of the most talented young footballers in the country to fulfil their potential.Through this scheme we aim to further diversify the professional game and develop the next generation of football coaches from under-represented backgrounds.This opportunity is a positive action scheme open to:Male coaches from Black, Asian and Mixed Heritage backgroundsFemale coaches from all backgrounds What’s Involved?You will split your time between our Academy and the Premier League’s accredited Coach Development Programme. While at the Academy you will be part of a team of staff that are responsible for the preparation, delivery and reviewing of our coaching programme across different development phases alongside our multi-disciplinary teams. You will attend Academy training, matches and tournaments, some of which are in the UK, while others are across Europe.
