Reporting to the Health & Wellbeing Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality sport, physical activity, and wellbeing programmes that positively influence people of all ages across our local communities.

Through your work, you will help participants improve their physical health and mental wellbeing, build confidence, and develop meaningful social connections. Our Health & Wellbeing programmes are delivered across Lambeth, Merton, Hammersmith & Fulham, Wandsworth, and Kingston. Sessions take place primarily on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, so we are looking for an individual who can travel independently across these boroughs and is available to work on these days.

Why Join Fulham FC Foundation?

We strive for service excellence in everything we do and set high standards for all staff representing the Foundation. In return, we provide a supportive and inclusive environment where you can grow professionally while making a real and lasting impact on the people and communities we serve.
