Job Description
Location: Location: We have locations in Ealing, Hounslow, Hillingdon, Kingston, Fulham, Richmond, Sutton & Croydon, so would place you at a location near to you

Dates: Summer Holidays 2026 (with opportunities for future Half-Terms and Easter 2027)

Pay: Competitive, depending on experience.

The Role: The Driving Force of Our Camp
Are you a highly qualified, responsible, and natural leader who loves setting the tone for an amazing day of activities? We are looking for an energetic, organised, and inspiring Venue Lead to head up our upcoming holiday camps. We run specialised Football Development camps, Multi-Sport camps, and STEAM camps, and we need a responsible professional to oversee them all. While our specialist
coaches focus on delivering their specific sessions, you will be the overall Venue Lead and the driving force of the site. You will oversee daily operations, support the coaching team, communicate with parents, and ensure that every single child leaves with a massive smile
on their face. If you have a bubbly personality but also pride yourself on being highly organised and responsible, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing
● Lead the Team: Act as the primary Venue Lead and main point of contact for our coaching staff across our Football, Multi-Sport, and STEAM camps, keeping team morale high and ensuring everyone knows their schedule.
● Oversee Daily Operations: Manage morning sign-ins and afternoon collections, handle parent queries with a warm and professional attitude, and ensure the daily schedule runs smoothly across all camp types.
● Maintain High Standards: Ensure that all specialist sports, games, and STEAM sessions are delivered safely, with high energy, and to a standard that makes kids want to return week after week.
● Health & Safety First: As the Venue Lead, you will act as the designated safeguarder/first aider on-site, ensuring all school policies, behaviour management plans, and safety protocols are strictly followed.

Who We’re Looking For
● The Ultimate Coordinator: You are incredibly organised, able to multi-task across different camp programmes, and stay completely calm under pressure.
● Bubbly & Approachable: You have an infectious, positive energy that inspires the coaches and makes parents feel 100% confident leaving their children in your care.
● Highly Qualified Leader: You are a responsible professional with previous experience supervising teams or leading groups of children in a camp, school, or childcare setting.
● Problem Solver: As the Venue Lead, you can think on your feet, handle conflicts smoothly, and proactively fix issues before they disrupt the fun.

Requirements
● Proven experience in a supervisory, management, or leadership role within childcare, sports camps, or education.
● Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
● Enhanced DBS check (essential—we can assist with this).
● Up-to-date First Aid and Safeguarding qualifications (highly preferred).

Why Join Us?
● A brilliant opportunity to step up into a pivotal management and Venue Lead role.
● A vibrant, fast-paced, and incredibly rewarding working environment overseeing diverse Football, Multi-Sport, and STEAM programmes.
● Competitive pay and guaranteed future leadership work across all school holiday periods.

How to Apply: Please send your CV and a brief cover letter explaining why you’re the perfect fit to be our next Venue Lead to gary@footyfun4Kids.com.
