Job Description
Job Title: Sports & Activities Coordinator (Lead)
Location: Primarily based in Ealing, Fulham and Richmond
Schedule: Monday – Friday (including Wraparound & PPA) + Saturday Mornings
Experience: Minimum 2 years in an education/coaching setting

The Vibe
We aren’t just looking for a coach; we’re looking for a spark. We need a proactive, bubbly, and charismatic leader who can walk onto a school playground or into a boardroom and instantly command respect through pure enthusiasm. If you are a "think-on-your-feet" type of person who finds creative solutions before others even see the problem, you’ll fit right in.

Core Responsibilities
1. Lead Coordinator: Wraparound & Venue Management
Wraparound Lead: Act as the primary face and point of contact for all wraparound care (Breakfast and After-School Clubs) in Ealing, Fulham and Richmond.
Venue Leadership: Ensure the sites are safe, organised, and delivering an experience that kids can’t wait to come back to.
Quality Control: Constantly "enhance the quality" of our offerings by auditing sessions and mentoring junior staff.
2. High-Quality Delivery
Curriculum & PPA: Lead the coordination and delivery of high-quality PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) cover, ensuring all sessions align with PE curriculum standards.
Activity Design: Create and deliver diverse sports and playwork sessions that engage children of all abilities and interests.
Holiday & Weekend Programming: Take the lead on planning vibrant schedules for holiday camps and Saturday morning sessions.
3. Partnerships & Business Growth
Relationship Management: Build "unshakeable" partnerships with school leadership, teachers, and current business partners.
Front-Facing Ambassador: Act as the charismatic "face of the brand" for parents and stakeholders.
Recruitment: Assist in identifying, interviewing, and onboarding new talent to grow our delivery team.

Who You Are
A Natural Communicator: You can pivot your tone from "excited coach" for a 6-year-old to "professional partner" for a School Headteacher.
Proactive & Creative: You don’t wait for a manual. You see a rainy day and immediately pivot to a high-energy indoor creative session.
Experienced: You have at least 2 years under your belt working in an educational or formal coaching environment.
Qualified: You hold recognised Coaching Qualifications and/or Playwork Qualifications. You understand the balance between structured sport and the freedom of play.

Requirements at a Glance
Experience - 2+ years in Education/Coaching
Qualifications - NGB Level 2 (or equivalent) and/or Playwork Level 2/3
Traits - Enthusiastic, Bubbly, Professional, Punctual
Availability - Mon–Fri (Wraparound/PPA) + Saturday Mornings
Compliance - Enhanced DBS check and Safeguarding Level 2

Why Join Us?
You won’t be a cog in a machine; you’ll be the engine. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the wraparound culture at our sites in Ealing, Fulham and Richmond and the support to grow your management career in the sports education sector.
