Job Description
**About Us**
Fit Forming's mission is to empower individuals through expert physiotherapy and integrated physio-led fitness. We build lasting physical resilience by combining effective injury rehabilitation, comprehensive assessments using advanced VALD technology, and progressive strength and fitness programmes. Our approach is personalised, offering tailored 1:1, small group, and flexible digital programming, all designed to guide each client towards optimal movement, enduring strength, and overall wellbeing.

**The Opportunity**
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physiotherapist with a strong clinical background and a genuine passion for fitness and exercise to join our growing, collaborative team passionate about integrated care. This is a unique opportunity to directly contribute to our progressive approach to health and fitness, bridging the crucial gap between injury rehabilitation and performance enhancement. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred physiotherapy whilst utilising your fitness or sports science expertise to provide our unique Physio-Led Fitness sessions and advanced Physical Performance MOTs using cutting-edge VALD technology.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide expert MSK physiotherapy to a diverse caseload of clients.
- Deliver 1:1 exercise sessions
- Utilise VALD Performance Technology and interpret the data to inform your treatment plan.
- Maintain meticulous and up-to-date client records, upholding the highest standards of clinical governance.
- Collaborate with our team to achieve clinic goals and foster a supportive environment.

**Requirements**

Essential:
- BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy with a minimum of 3 years of postgraduate experience in MSK care.
- Current HCPC and CSP registration.
- Strong, demonstrable interest in and hands-on experience with fitness, exercise, and sports, including leading both 1:1 and group sessions.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and client management skills, with a patient-centred approach.
- The ability to work autonomously, manage a diary, and handle administrative responsibilities.

Highly Desirable :
- Qualifications in Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning or a degree in Sports Science (or a related field).
- Prior experience with VALD Performance Technology.
- Experience working within a private practice setting.
- Specialised skills in areas such as women's health, sports physiotherapy, or neurological rehabilitation.
