Job Description
Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in football and/or futsal with the ability to inspire and motivate individuals to achieve their personal best. This role is pivotal in developing athletes' skills, promoting teamwork, and fostering a positive environment for growth and development.

Duties

Design and implement training programmes tailored to the needs of athletes at various skill levels.
Conduct regular practice sessions, focusing on skill development, strategy, and teamwork.
Provide constructive feedback to athletes to enhance their performance and confidence.
Monitor athletes' progress and adjust training methods as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
Promote sportsmanship, discipline, and respect among team members.
Collaborate with other coaches and staff to create a cohesive training environment.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of coaching techniques and sports science to provide the best guidance possible.
Qualifications

Proven experience in sports coaching, with a strong understanding of the relevant techniques and strategies of football and/or futsal.
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate athletes.
Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment for all participants.
Relevant coaching certifications need to include: FA Introduction to Football/ Futsal (previously Level 1 course). If you are enthusiastic about sports coaching and have a desire to make a difference in athletes' lives, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!
