We’re looking for a Contract Health, Wellbeing & Activity Manager who will lead the implementation of the Activity, Health and Wellbeing Strategy across the contract.

How will you help your community?
• Make a difference while enjoying a rewarding package designed with your well-being in mind!
• Take the lead in the activity, health and wellbeing strategy being implemented across the contract area using insight and evidence to shape impactful, sustainable services aligned to local priorities.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with local authorities, public health teams, NHS services, voluntary sector
organisations and community groups to maximise reach, impact and accessibility.
• Drive initiatives that reduce health inequalities by increasing activity levels among priority groups
• Oversee and manage the exercise referral programme developing new referral pathways and ensuring quality delivery
• Support residents to live healthier, more active lives by leading and developing community-based health and
wellbeing programmes across leisure centres and in local community settings.
• Inspire teams to deliver measurable outcomes and create lasting community impact.

What do you need?
• A flexible approach - this role includes working days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Relevant health or sports qualification, degree, or equivalent experience
• A DBS Check (we’ll sort this before you start)
