Contract Sport and Activity Manager who will oversee the implementation of the sports course programme and
activity strategy.

How will you help your community?

• Oversee and motivate a team of sports coaches and sports managers to maintain quality and deliver outstanding
customer experiences
• Maintain a balanced activity timetable to meet the needs of a variety of users across the contract to maximise
commercial and community outcomes
• Drive participation, utilisation and revenue growth through innovative sports and activity programmes
• Develop local partnerships with relevant NGB's, clubs and community organisations to grow participation and
facility usage
• Be part of a motivated team fully embracing our company values
What do you need?
• A flexible approach - this role includes working days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Relevant sport or activity qualifications.
• A DBS Check (we’ll sort this before you start)
