About the opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated Partnership Proposition and Performance Lead, which will play a pivotal role within our Commercial Partnerships team.As Partnership Proposition and Performance Lead, you will be responsible for crafting compelling, insight-driven materials that clearly articulate the benefits of partnering with Everton Football Club. Working closely with the Partnership Intelligence Lead, you will leverage data and insights to build impactful narratives that demonstrate how a partnership with Everton can deliver meaningful results for brands.Working across the Club, you will utilise a range of internal resources including commercial research, design, marketing, and data teams, as well as liaising with external agencies where appropriate and operationally, you will support the partnership development team across targeted industries and geographies identified as key commercial growth opportunities.Other key responsibilities include:Developing compelling partnership proposition materials that showcase the benefits to brands of partnering with Everton FCGenerating ideas for impactful collateral to support partnership propositionCollaborating with the Partnership Intelligence Lead to apply data and insights in building persuasive, evidence-based sales assetsAligning all materials with the Club’s commercial growth strategyWorking with internal teams and external agencies to deliver best-in-class commercial propositions.Supporting sales outreach across a variety of business categories and marketsEnsuring all materials and approaches are consistent with industry best practice and tailored to brand needs.This position will be a central part of supporting the Club’s intelligence-led sales strategy and driving increased commercial revenue.Who We’re Looking For: You’ll have proven experience in a similar role and an effective approach to problem solving that contributes to the overall performance of a commercial partnerships department, with the ability to be a creative, proactive, detail orientated and motivated to drive commercial growth.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who understands brands from a creative, strategic and marketing perspective, with an ability to articulate how brand objectives can be achieved through partnership.
