Job Description

Our new home is now our state-of-the-art Hill Dickinson Stadium - a 52,769-capacity stadium on the banks of Liverpool’s iconic River Mersey.

About the opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated Partnership Proposition and Performance Lead, which will play a pivotal role within our Commercial Partnerships team.

As Partnership Proposition and Performance Lead, you will be responsible for crafting compelling, insight-driven materials that clearly articulate the benefits of partnering with Everton Football Club. Working closely with the Partnership Intelligence Lead, you will leverage data and insights to build impactful narratives that demonstrate how a partnership with Everton can deliver meaningful results for brands.

Working across the Club, you will utilise a range of internal resources including commercial research, design, marketing, and data teams, as well as liaising with external agencies where appropriate and operationally, you will support the partnership development team across targeted industries and geographies identified as key commercial growth opportunities.

Other key responsibilities include:

Developing compelling partnership proposition materials that showcase the benefits to brands of partnering with Everton FC
Generating ideas for impactful collateral to support partnership proposition
Collaborating with the Partnership Intelligence Lead to apply data and insights in building persuasive, evidence-based sales assets
Aligning all materials with the Club’s commercial growth strategy
Working with internal teams and external agencies to deliver best-in-class commercial propositions.
Supporting sales outreach across a variety of business categories and markets
Ensuring all materials and approaches are consistent with industry best practice and tailored to brand needs.
This position will be a central part of supporting the Club’s intelligence-led sales strategy and driving increased commercial revenue.

Who We’re Looking For: You’ll have proven experience in a similar role and an effective approach to problem solving that contributes to the overall performance of a commercial partnerships department, with the ability to be a creative, proactive, detail orientated and motivated to drive commercial growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who understands brands from a creative, strategic and marketing perspective, with an ability to articulate how brand objectives can be achieved through partnership. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to create compelling narratives connecting brands to Everton FC through activation, values and positioning and will use relevant data points to build strong commercial cases, as well as having the confidence to support and influence senior stakeholders.

This position is a permanent opportunity, working 35 hours per week with the closing date for this role being Tuesday 28th October 2025.

The location for this role will be between the Club’s iconic headquarters in the Royal Liver Building in Liverpool, with the opportunity to work flexibly with our Hybrid working approach.
