The Essex County FA are recruiting a Women’s Community Football Officer to drive the development of recreational female football across the county.Based at their Chelmsford headquarters, with a blend of hybrid working, you’ll become part of their expanding Development Team, playing a central role in building the Female Player Pathway and creating more opportunities for women and girls to enjoy the game. Collaborating closely with local stakeholders, you’ll develop and implement a targeted female football plan - with a particular focus on Barking & Dagenham and Newham.
