Job Description: English Universities Sport (EUS) is the official association in England which administrates and sanctions national representative student competition across higher education. We are a democratic and innovative membership organisation, comprising of a strong Committee, exceptional coach network and professional support staff from the sport and higher education sectors.

EUS strives to support the development of all its student athletes and provide opportunities to compete at the highest domestic representative level. Our teams compete in the biennial Home Nations Tournament as well as numerous fixtures against professional and amateur representative clubs from across the UK.

The Marketing & Communications Manager Role
+ Lead the delivery of the annual marketing & communications strategy
+ Manage EUS branding across digital & physical channels
+ Coordinate key campaign activity aligned with the sport & academic calendar
+ Support creation of engaging content for website & social media
+ Develop email communications plan & content for Subscribed Universities
+ Report on engagement analytics & trends
+ Oversee Marketing Coordinators, where appropriate

Required Skills, Experience & Knowledge:
+ Excellent written and digital communication skills
+ Experience managing social media and/or marketing campaigns
+ Understanding of branding and audience engagement
+ Ability to lead a small team of volunteers or coordinators
+ Familiarity with graphic design or content tools (e.g. Canva)
+ Comfortable analysing engagement data and insights
