Job Description
We are recruiting 4 Partnership & Delivery Managers, with various locations available: East, East Midlands, North West and South

This is an exciting time for England Netball and the Partnerships and Delivery team! We have an ambitious, creative 10-year Adventure Strategy, we are a leading governing body in the female health and physical activity space and we continue to grow the game through schools, programmes and partnerships, including working with our relaunched Superleague 2.0 clubs to grow community netball.

We’re growing our Partnership and Delivery Manager (PDM) team from 5 to 8, with four new roles now open. This expansion boosts our senior regional support, strengthens relationships with key stakeholders, and ensures outstanding leadership for each regional staff team — all while maximizing impact for our member organisations.

As a PDM, you’ll lead the charge in delivering our Adventure Strategy and embedding our purpose-driven culture within the region. You'll provide inspiring leadership to regional staff and volunteers, while forging and nurturing area-based partnerships — all focused on driving success in clubs, leagues, participation, and commercial outcomes.

What we’re looking for:
- A proven leader with vision and energy
- A natural relationship-builder and communicator
- A strategic thinker with commercial sharpness
- Someone who consistently delivers against ambitious goals

If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you. Come help shape the future of our organisation — and make a real difference where it counts.

For any further information about the role, please contact either Emily St John (Head of Partnerships & Delivery) on emily.stjohn@englandnetball.co.uk or hr@englandnetball.co.uk.

Contract: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (excluding lunch break). If you need flexibility on how these hours are worked please mention this in your application.

Closing Date: Midnight, Sunday 15th June 2025

Interviews:
Stage 1: Virtual interviews – Monday 23rd and Tuesday 24th June
Stage 2: Assessment Centre – Tuesday 1st July, Loughborough (all day)
