England Hockey is looking for an exceptional Head of Talent Development (GB & England) to lead the strategic development and delivery of the GB Elite Development Programme and England Talent Strategy.

This is a pivotal role at the heart of our performance pathway — identifying, developing and transitioning the players with the potential to achieve international medal success.

We’re looking for an inspirational and strategic leader who can:

Lead and evolve a world-class GB Elite Development Programme
Provide strategic oversight of England’s Talent System, including Age Groups, Talent Academies and Talent Club Certification
Establish a clear and consistent coaching and playing identity across the pathway
Lead and develop a high-performing Talent team
Use data, insight and innovation to drive better player development
Build strong partnerships across GB, England and the wider international sporting landscape
With an established network of 24 Talent Academies, 65 Talent Certified clubs and a growing Elite Development Programme, this is an opportunity to build on significant progress and shape what comes next.
