The postholder will help ensure meetings are well coordinated, documentation is accurately maintained, and systems are organised and efficient — supporting the charity in delivering programmes that create opportunities for children and young people through the power of athletics.What we are looking for:• Experience: Proven administrative experience, including confident minute-taking for meetings. Experience supporting Boards or maintaining structured records is desirable. Charity or not-for-profit experience would be an advantage.• Skills: Strong organisational and communication skills, with good proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly spreadsheets. Experience using databases or CRM systems to manage accurate records is required.• Approach: Proactive, reliable and comfortable working in a small and collaborative team. Someone who enjoys variety, maintaining effective systems, and with a genuine interest in supporting work that benefits children and young people through sport.
