Job Description
PURPOSE

We have a hugely exciting opportunity for an Event Executive to join the Events & Special Projects team. The Event Executive will support the team to plan and deliver men’s and women’s international cricket, The Hundred and domestic cricket at iconic venues across England and Wales.

Our aim is to continually deliver world class cricket for both the men’s and women’s game.

YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF

YOU’LL BE DOING

Supporting the Event Production team within the Events & Special Projects department across planning documentation, match-day operations, logistics, commercial rights delivery, stakeholder management, scheduling, giveaways and activations.

Leading the event production delivery and supporting the wider events team at selected International and Domestic fixtures across both men’s and women’s cricket in England

Managing the distribution of giveaways across multiple venues throughout the season.

Co-ordinating and overseeing the season-long event logistics plan across multiple venues.

Working closely with external stakeholders to co-ordinate key information for onsite deliveries, installs, derigs and match-day delivery.

Collaborating with the Commercial team to deliver match-day requirements, including activations and giveaways.

Providing financial support to the wider team, including budget tracking, raising purchase orders and processing invoices.

Leading by example to motivate and support members of the Events team throughout a busy and fast-paced season.

Please note that this role is office based and requires you to be in the office a minimum of three days per week.



YOU’LL HAVE

The right to work in the UK

A solid understanding of working in live sporting events, with hands-on experience managing complex logistics.

Highly organised with strong administrative skills and exceptional attention to detail, particularly in the preparation of documents and reports; confident using Microsoft Office at an advanced level.

Comfortable working efficiently and flexibly in a fast-moving events environment, bringing a positive attitude and good humour, even during unsociable hours.

A proactive team player who is resourceful, shows initiative, and knows when to seek advice or support.

Strong people skills, with a natural ability to build positive and productive working relationships.

Confident decision-maker, able to develop practical, effective solutions within budget constraints.

Experienced in supporting multiple projects concurrently, prioritising workloads and contributing to continual improvement.

We are unable to provide UK visa sponsorship for this position. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in the UK.
