Job Description
ABOUT US
Ealing Trailfinders is an ambitious and progressive rugby union club based in West
London, with the women’s side competing in PWR, the men’s side competing in CHAMP Rugby and our Academy university team are based at Brunel University.
This is an opportunity to join Trailfinders during a very exciting period of the Club’s history.

THE ROLE
We are offering an exciting opportunity to join a high-performance rugby programme with Trailfinders Women. This is a key behind-the-scenes role at an ambitious club, where professionalism, attention to detail, and standards drive success.
You will have a vital role in ensuring the team operates seamlessly across training and matchdays, contributing directly to the preparation and performance environment.
You will take ownership of the kit, equipment, and operational support, ensuring that players and staff can focus entirely on performance.
This role will require flexibility, including afternoons, weekends and bank holiday work as required.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
● Attend all team training, games, pre-season friendlies and any off-site training venues as required.
● Assist with the completion of the minimum standards audit and any other formal requirements.
● Prepare all training equipment for coaches and sessions and tidy areas and put away all equipment as necessary.
● Assist with match day requirements home and away and liaise with match day officials and the Team Manager.
● Dress changing rooms prior to players arriving for home and away games. Tidy all areas of the Club immediately post-game to ensure all areas are ready to use for training.
● Take all kit to and from games and/or manage the bus travel.
● Launder kit as required.
● Audit equipment and report weekly to the Team Manager.
● Maintain relationships with the kit supplier, order kit, maintain stock and stock take.
● Distribute kit as and when needed and ensure new players and staff are given appropriate kit upon joining the Club.
● Assist with onboarding of new staff and players.
● Attend a weekly operations meeting with the Team Manager.
● Deputise for the Team Manager when required.
● Set a positive example and contribute positively to the team environment and culture.
● Be a strong consistent example of all the Club’s values, vision and success standards.
● Any other reasonable request.

THE PERSON
SKILLSET
Essential
● Exceptional organisational skills.
● Good time management.
● Good intrapersonal skills.
● Good punctuality and timekeeping.
● A proactive and innovative approach.
Desirable
● A passion for rugby and an understanding of the physical demands of the sport.
● Experience working with female athletes.
● Driving Licence.
