Rugby League Development Officer Organisation Eagles Foundation Salary £28,000 to £30,000 Depending On Experience Location Sheffield Contract type Permanent (Full time) Closing date 14 July 2026 Job Description The Eagles Foundation is seeking to appoint a Rugby League Development Officer to strengthen and sustain Rugby League across Sheffield and the surrounding areas.The role will focus on supporting the growth and development of Rugby League across the city by creating stronger connections between schools, community clubs and performance environments. Acting as the key link between these partners, the role will see you create clear and sustainable player pathways that enable more young people to participate, develop and progress within the sport.A key priority of the role will be working with clubs to develop and extend the existing female pathway, building a sustainable Under 19's programme that supports player retention and progression beyond the current Under 16's offer.
