Job overview
This is an exciting new part-time role at the heart of Dallaglio RugbyWorks' impact and evidence work. As an Alumni Insights Officer, you will lead our efforts to reconnect with and track the outcomes of our past programme participants — our alumni — to understand what they are doing now and to demonstrate the long-term difference RugbyWorks makes.
You will use a combination of the contact details we already hold, social media outreach, and survey methodology to build as complete a picture as possible of alumni EET (Education, Employment and Training) status. This data will be central to our impact reporting and will ultimately need to be validated to meet funder and evidence standards.
This role would suit someone who is personable and creative, comfortable working across digital and direct engagement approaches, and passionate about improving outcomes for young people.
