Please note, it is necessary for the Junior Graphic Designer to work an equal share of Selhurst Park matchdays, in rotation with two other design colleagues. Responsibilities:Create and deliver a broad range of design assets across a number of print and digital channels. Including but not limited to club websites, social media, email marketing, matchday programmes and large-scale printEnsure all artwork is visually engaging, accurate and suitable for the execution requiredWork collaboratively with all departments including marketing, content, retail, production, commercial partnerships, hospitality and operations, senior management and even the football department when requiredContribute to exciting global campaigns, including retail designs and launches, and major club announcementsHave a strong focus on commercial requests, as well as a leading contact for Palace women’s and academy design requestsContribute to the production of the printed matchday programme for Selhurst Park matches, as well as other key matchday inventory (such as the big screen)Generate new ideas and demonstrate design innovation, as part of a small, in-house studioOther duties and responsibilities as required by line manager.Upholding and promoting the Club’s policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Safeguarding and Equal Opportunities policies and procedures. Experience, Skills and Qualifications:Essential requirementsProficiency in the Adobe suite, and a master across photoshop, illustrator and InDesignAt least 1-year relevant industry experience.
