We are constantly trying to grow, diversify and build with not only our team on the pitch, but also our team in the offices and on the ground.About this role:Reporting into the Lead Foundation Phase Coach, the U10s Head Coach will be responsible for the week to week management and support of the individual players within the age group. The coach will need to plan and deliver individual development plan (IDP) sessions along with team sessions and match-day organisation. Responsibilities:Lead the U10s age group of players through their weekly training sessions and extensive Premier League games programme.Lead Player review meetings with Parents.Document all documentation for training sessions and performance reviews on KitMan Labs and additional admin duties.Lead U10s age group on their tours and tournaments programme.Take part in and complete all required academy CPD as part of the role.Other duties and responsibilities as required by line manager.Upholding and promoting the Club’s policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Safeguarding and Equal Opportunities policies and procedures.
